Do I Qualify ?
Qualified candidates are adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or overweight (excess weight) (BMI ≥27) who also have certain health conditions that are commonly seen with Obesity. Use is not recommended if you or any family members have ever had thyroid cancer or thyroid tumors, Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma( MTC), Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 ( MEN 2) or have had a serious allergic reaction to Semaglutide, or any ingredients in Wegovy or Mounjaro.

What are the Side effects?
Common side effects of GLP-1 agonists may include: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdomen) pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, stomach flu and heartburn.​

Requires initial in- office visit.

Is Phentermine safe for Use?
There are few side effects associated with Phentermine use, and these side effects will be discussed directly with the Nurse Practitioner before beginning treatment. You can view more information at https://www/adipex.com/isi/ . Each individual will undergo bloodwork, history and physical to determine if he or she is qualified to take the medication.

Am I a candidate?
Phentermine is most suitable for those with a BMI above 27. The Nurse Practitioner will be able to determine the candidate’s qualification through a range of tests, history and exam. Patients are monitored throughout the process, usually at monthly follow-ups to ensure they remain on track with their objectives and in the optimal condition to continue treatment.
You cannot take Phentermine if you are pregnant, are breast-feeding, have glaucoma, an overactive thyroid gland, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of heart disease. However, you may still participate in our diet and exercise program which may includean alternate appetite suppressant, B-12 injections, Lipotropic injections, and/or weight loss IV infusions.

How Long can I take Phentermine?
Phentermine is only approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the short-term (up to 12 weeks) treatment of obesity. The use of this medication is expected to assist in jump-starting diet and lifestyle modification that can be continued for the long term.
