Obesity
is a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing management. It is typically defined as having a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher. Sustaining weight loss can be particularly challenging, in part because the body’s natural mechanisms often work against it. In addition to personalized health coaching, eligible patients may receive tailored prescriptions for appetite suppressants such as Phentermine, Contrave, Qsymia, or Orlistat. Treatment plans may also include weight loss injections like Semaglutide, as well as fat-burning lipotropic vitamin injections, based on each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Do I Qualify?
Qualified candidates are adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or overweight (excess weight) (BMI ≥27) who also have certain health conditions that are commonly seen with Obesity. Use is not recommended if you or any family members have ever had thyroid cancer or thyroid tumors, Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma( MTC), Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 ( MEN 2) or have had a serious allergic reaction to Semaglutide.
What are the Side effects?
Common side effects of GLP-1 agonists may include: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdomen) pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, stomach flu and heartburn.

This medication allows you to take greater control over the types and the amount of food you consume, significantly improving your ability to lose weight quickly. Although there is no " lose weight overnight" pill, Vain will strive to assist you on your journey of safe and effective weight loss.

Is Phentermine safe for Use?
There are few side effects associated with Phentermine use, and these side effects will be discussed directly with the Nurse Practitioner before beginning treatment. You can view more information at https://www/adipex.com/isi/ . Each individual will undergo bloodwork, history and physical to determine if he or she is qualified to take the medication.
Am I a Candidate?
Phentermine is most suitable for those with a BMI above 27. The Nurse Practitioner will be able to determine the candidate's qualification through a range of tests, history, & exam. Patients are monitored throughout the process, usually at the monthly follow-ups to ensure they remain on track with their objectives & in the optimal condition to continue treatment.
You cannot take Phentermine if you are pregnant, are breast-feeding, have glaucoma, an overactive thyroid gland, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of heart disease. However, you may still participate in our diet and exercise program which may include an alternate appetite suppressant, B-12 injections, Lipotropic injections, and/or weight loss IV infusions.
How Long can I take Phentermine?
Phentermine is only approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the short-term (up to 12 weeks) treatment of obesity. The use of this medication is expected to assist in jump-starting diet and lifestyle modification that can be continued for the long term.
